Cancellation & Refund Policy

Index Infotech believes in supporting its customers as much as possible, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. Here’s how it works:
• Cancellations are only considered if the request is made immediately after the order is placed.
Please note, if your order has already been processed by our vendors or shipping has been initiated, your cancellation request may not be eligible.
• Cancellation requests for perishable items (such as flowers, food, etc.) are not accepted. If you receive a perishable item that is of poor quality, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement after review.
• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team right away.
The request will be reviewed once the merchant inspects and confirms the issue on their end. Make sure to report any problems within the same day of receiving your product. If you feel your product doesn’t match what was shown on our site or it doesn’t meet your expectations, notify our customer service team within the same day of delivery. After reviewing your complaint, our Customer Service Team will make a decision regarding your case.
• For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please direct complaints to the manufacturer first.
If a refund is approved by INDEXINFOTECH, please allow 9-15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
